Introduction
Our Story
M&C Wood did not begin with a business plan.
It began in a workshop—where the founder started with the smallest tasks.
Over time, what was built was not only experience, but a mindset:
Quality is not defined by words—it is reflected in every smallest step of the process.
That belief shapes M&C today:
We focus on consistency, not on appearances.
How We Work
We do not try to make everything faster.
We focus on doing the most important steps right:
- Carefully controlled raw material selection
- Proper moisture-controlled drying
- Pressing to the correct standards
- Inspection of every batch
Because we understand:
Customers don’t encounter problems with the first order.
Problems arise from inconsistent batches.
What Customers Receive
When working with M&C, what you receive is not just a product, but:
- Consistency across batches
- A clear and controlled process
- Transparent collaboration
So you don’t have to worry every time you place an order.
Sourced from Plantation Forests
M&C Wood uses legally sourced plantation timber from Vietnam, with clear traceability from the very beginning. Materials are selected and inspected based on tree age, grain structure, stability, and suitability for plywood production. From sustainably grown forests in Vietnam—where small trees are carefully nurtured over time—the journey of each plywood sheet begins in a natural and responsible way. When reaching suitable maturity, they become a stable source of material—the foundation of Vietnam’s plywood industry.
A simple journey—yet enough to create stable, versatile plywood increasingly trusted by international markets.
Production Process
M&C Wood’s factory spans approximately 5,000 m², designed to ensure a smooth production flow from raw material preparation to final packaging.
The production process is standardized and strictly controlled through key stages:
- Raw material selection
- Moisture-controlled drying
- Pressing and forming plywood panels
- Inspection of each product before shipment
