Quality Philosophy

At M&C Wood, quality is not defined as a final inspection step. It is the result of a controlled system that begins with people, materials, manufacturing processes, and extends to how products are packed and delivered.

In addition to quality consistency, we emphasize production stability, flexible order handling, and reliable delivery schedules to meet practical market demands.

People & Responsibility

M&C Wood’s production team consists of approximately 40 skilled workers with hands-on experience in plywood manufacturing. Each individual understands their role within the production chain and takes direct responsibility for the quality of their work.

A culture of discipline, coordination, and responsibility supports consistent quality, stable production capacity, and dependable delivery schedules.

Timber Origin & Traceability

M&C Wood uses timber sourced from legally managed plantation forests in Vietnam, with clear traceability from the initial stage. Materials are selected and verified based on maturity, grain structure, stability, and suitability for packing plywood production.

Production Process

Our manufacturing facility covers a total area of approximately [X] m², designed to support a streamlined production flow from material preparation to final packing.

The manufacturing process is standardized and strictly controlled through the following steps:

  1. Material selection
  2. Controlled drying
  3. Pressing and panel formation

Inspection prior to shipment

Quality Control System

A closed-loop quality control system is applied at key stages:

  • Incoming materials
  • During production
  • Before export

Only products that fully meet technical requirements are approved for shipment.

Packing & Securing Method

Packing and securing are treated as an integral part of quality assurance. Depending on application and transportation conditions, plywood sheets are bundled and secured using steel or plastic straps, combined with edge protection and surface safeguards.

This method is designed to:

  • Maintain panel stability during transportation
  • Minimize deformation or damage
  • Ensure safe handling and storage
